Chad and I recently put an offer in on a house up in Chisago Township, and it was accepted! There are still quite a few things that we have to go through first before it's officially ours. The house is a foreclosure, so there are quite a few things that need to be done on it, so we have to get through the inspection. Unfortunately the things that need to be repaired/fixed all need to be done before we can move in. As Chad says, "There goes our summer!" But once these things are done, it will be worth it!!
